We build the systems businesses run on.
Ascendryx Information Technology builds, hosts and supports business software from the Philippines. We make three of our own products, LoanKit for lending, ScenDrive for file storage and a community membership platform, and we build custom systems for businesses whose process no product fits.
Or email us directly at [email protected]. We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday, Philippine time.
Our products
What software do we have ready to use today?
Three systems we own and operate, all of them in production. New clients start from working software rather than a blank page, and from a roadmap that is already moving.
LoanKit
For lending companies and cooperatives
Applications, approvals, releases, collections, penalties and accounting in one place. Multi-branch and multi-user, with field apps for collectors and an online application portal for borrowers.

Engagements
How do we work with clients?
Four ways this usually starts. Most clients begin with one and add another later.
Custom builds
A system shaped around how your business actually operates, including the shortcuts your staff take, rather than a template you have to bend to fit.
White-label systems
Our products under your name and branding, with your own tenant, your own data and your own domain. Faster and cheaper, because the hard parts are already solved.
Hosting and support
We run the servers, the backups and the monitoring. When something breaks at 9pm, it is our phone that rings rather than yours.
Integrations
Payments, SMS, email and document storage wired into the tools you already use, with scoped API keys for anything else that needs to talk to your system.
Industries
Which industries do we build for?
Most of our work starts with an operational problem rather than an industry. These are the sectors where we have already solved that problem at least once.
- Lending and microfinance. Lending companies, cooperatives and financing offices running daily, weekly and monthly loan products across several branches.
- Community and mutual aid organisations. Membership groups that need accurate member records, beneficiary registers and a traceable assistance process.
- Professional practices. Clinics, law offices and schools that hold client documents and need to say where those documents are kept.
- Small and growing businesses. Operators who have outgrown spreadsheets and shared drives but do not want an enterprise system they cannot afford to run.
Process
How does a project actually run?
No long discovery phase billed by the hour. We would rather put something in front of your staff early and correct it than write a document nobody reads.
Brief
A call, then a written scope: what the system must do, what it will not do in version one, what it costs and who owns what. Nothing is built until you have signed that.
Build
Work lands in stages. You get a link to a working version early and keep getting updates, so corrections happen while they are still cheap to make.
Go live
Data migration, staff training and a supervised first week. We watch the system closely while your team learns it and fix what the real world surfaces.
Run
Monthly hosting and support. Your system keeps getting the fixes and improvements we make across the platform, not only the ones you pay for directly.
Why Ascendryx
Why do clients stay with us?
Most software projects fail after launch, when the builder leaves and nobody knows how the thing works. We do not hand your system to a support desk that has never seen it.
- The builder stays. The people who wrote your system are the people who maintain it.
- It is hosted and watched. Backups, monitoring and recovery are part of the service, not an upsell.
- Terms in writing first. Scope, price and ownership are agreed before any code is written.
- Peso billing. Local rates and local payment methods, with no foreign card required.
- Proven parts. We reuse what already runs in production, so you are not paying to reinvent solved problems.
- Your data leaves with you. If the relationship ends, you get an export in a usable format.
Questions
What do people ask us before they start?
Do you sell software, or build it to order?
Both. A white-label deployment puts one of our existing products under your brand, your domain and your own tenant, which is faster and cheaper because the hard parts are already solved and already tested. A custom build is a system shaped around your process, and it is the right answer when no product on the shelf matches how you actually operate.
Where is our data hosted?
On infrastructure we run in the Philippines, which matters when a client or a regulator asks where your records are kept. Each client gets a tenant separated at the database level, so your users, branches and settings are yours alone. Backups run nightly and are held away from the main machine, and an automatic watchdog restarts services and alerts us when something stops.
How long does a project take and what does it cost?
A white-label deployment of an existing product is usually a matter of weeks. A custom build is usually months, depending on scope. We give a range in writing after scoping, then a fixed quote before development starts. Anyone giving you an exact date for a system they have not scoped is guessing. Work is billed in Philippine pesos, including local payment methods, and hosting and support are charged monthly.
What happens after the system goes live?
We keep running it. Hosting, nightly backups, monitoring, security patching and support are part of the monthly service rather than something extra. Because we host what we build, a shortcut taken during development becomes our problem at 2am, which turns out to be a useful incentive.
Who owns the software you build?
Scope, price and ownership are agreed in writing before any code is written. Our products and the code behind them remain the property of Ascendryx Information Technology, and each client receives the rights set out in their signed agreement. If the relationship ends, you get an export of your data in a usable format.
Will you tell us if software is not the answer?
Yes. If your problem is a process problem, more software will not fix it, and we will say so instead of quoting. We also take on a limited number of builds at a time so the systems we already run stay well run, which sometimes means asking you to wait for a slot.
Tell us what you are trying to fix
Send a short description of the problem. That is more useful than a feature list, and it is usually where the real scope hides. If we are a fit, we will come back with an approach and a price. If we are not, we will say so.
