White-label platform
Launch your own on-demand marketplace
Connect customers with service providers through a complete, customisable marketplace platform. From errands and delivery to personal assistance and local services, launch under your own brand without building the technology from scratch.
Ascendryx provides the technology. You own the marketplace, the brand and the revenue.
How it fits together
A two-sided marketplace, end to end
Four surfaces, one platform. A person can be a customer on Monday and a provider on Tuesday without a second account.
The problem
Building a marketplace should not take years
Launching a marketplace takes more than a mobile app. You need customer accounts, provider profiles, verification, task management, bookings, payments, messaging, notifications, ratings, an admin console and the plumbing that connects all of it. Most of that work is invisible to your customers and none of it is optional.
We provide the technology foundation so your effort goes into the marketplace itself: the categories you serve, the providers you recruit, the customers you win and the rules you set.
What you get
Everything you need to run a marketplace
Three applications sharing one data model, so a job booked in the customer app is the same record your admin team sees and the same record the provider gets paid for.
Customer app
- Create a service request, or post a custom task when nothing on the list fits
- Browse services and find providers nearby
- Schedule a booking, one off or recurring
- Pay through the platform
- Track the request from accepted to completed
- Message the provider in the app
- Rate the work once it is done
Provider app
- Build a provider profile and get verified
- Choose which services and categories to offer
- Set availability, working days and time off
- Receive dispatched jobs or browse open tasks
- Apply for a task, or accept a direct booking
- Manage active jobs, with photos and time on site
- Track earnings and payouts
Admin console
- Manage customers and providers
- Verify providers before they can take work
- Define services, categories and service areas
- Oversee bookings and open tasks
- Monitor transactions and payouts
- Configure commission and fees
- Handle disputes and reports
- Read the numbers that tell you if it is working
The flow
From request to completion
The same six steps whether the job is a grocery run, a parcel across town or an afternoon of help at home.
Customer posts a request
They pick a service, or describe what they need in their own words when no predefined service matches.
Providers discover the task
The request reaches eligible providers, either pushed to the nearest available one or listed openly for the category and area.
Provider accepts or applies
A direct booking can be accepted outright. An open task gets applications, so the customer has a choice.
Booking is confirmed
The customer selects a provider and confirms. Both sides get the details and can message each other.
Service is completed
The provider does the work and marks it done, with photos or time on site where the job calls for it.
Payment and rating
The transaction settles, your commission is taken, the provider earns, and both sides leave a rating.
Categories
Build the marketplace your business needs
Categories are configured per marketplace. Start with one and add more, or run several from the beginning.
Errands
Grocery shopping, pharmacy and document pickup, queueing, buying and returning items.
Delivery and pickup
Local pickup and drop off, parcels, documents and multi stop runs.
Personal assistance
Help getting everyday tasks done, from organising to simple administrative errands.
Companion services
Company for legitimate, non romantic activities: events, walks, shopping and conversation.
Family assistance
Errands, company and everyday practical help. Not medical or clinical care.
Home services
Household help and trades, scheduled the same way as any other booking.
Pet services
Walking, sitting and pickup, with the same verification and rating as other providers.
Custom services
Define your own categories and service types, or let customers describe a task that has no category yet.
You decide what your marketplace permits. Categories that are illegal, sexual, medical or otherwise regulated are not supported, and the platform is not designed or sold for them.
White label
Your marketplace. Your brand.
Branding is built into the platform rather than painted on at the end. Each marketplace runs as its own tenant, with its own identity, rules and money.
- Your identity. Logo, colours, typeface, app name and the address your emails come from.
- Your domain. Your own web address, not a subfolder of ours.
- Your catalogue. The categories, services and add ons you choose to offer.
- Your pricing. Rates, fees, promotions and discount codes.
- Your commission. What the platform takes on each completed job.
- Your coverage. The service areas you operate in and the ones you do not.
- Your rules. Verification requirements, cancellation terms and who can take which work.
- Your money. Your payment configuration, your currency, your payouts to providers.
Foundation
Built on real marketplace technology
Not a prototype and not a template. A working multi-tenant platform with the marketplace mechanics built in, ready to be configured and branded for your business.
The foundation is a working multi-tenant platform: customer, provider and admin surfaces over one data model, with the marketplace mechanics already modelled. Open task posting, provider applications, direct dispatch, verification, service areas, commission, payouts, disputes, ratings and in app messaging are part of the design rather than additions bolted on later.
It began as a booking and delivery system and was rebuilt into a general marketplace, which is why delivery is one category inside it rather than the whole product. The hard, invisible parts are already solved, so the work on your project goes into the part that makes the marketplace yours.
| Capability | What it covers |

| Accounts and access | Customers, providers and staff, with roles, permissions and tenant isolation enforced in the database |
| Open tasks and dispatch | Posting, provider applications, direct booking and routing to the nearest available provider |
| Bookings | Scheduling, recurring jobs, status history and cancellation rules |
| Provider management | Profiles, verification, availability, time off, service areas and job history |
| Payments and money | Customer payments, commission, provider earnings, payouts, refunds and invoices |
| Trust and safety | Ratings, reviews, disputes, reports and blocking |
| Communication | In app messaging between customer and provider, plus email, SMS and push notifications |

Commercials
Built around your business model
How your marketplace earns is a setting, not a rebuild. Most operators change it at least once in the first year.
Commission
Take a percentage of every completed transaction. The most common model, and the one that scales with activity rather than headcount.
Service fee
Charge customers a platform or booking fee on top of the provider's price.
Subscription
Sell plans to providers or to businesses, with tiers that give access to more work or better placement.
Hybrid
Combine them. A smaller commission with a provider subscription is a common way to keep both sides on the platform.
Under the hood
The technology behind your marketplace
The same unfashionable choices we make everywhere else. Tools we can still support in five years, over whatever launched last month.
Why us
Why build with Ascendryx?
A faster start
Begin from an existing foundation rather than from an empty repository. The parts every marketplace needs are already designed.
Shaped to your model
Categories, commission, verification rules and coverage are yours to set. We adapt the platform to how you intend to operate.
Your brand, not ours
Nothing on your marketplace says Ascendryx. You hold the customers, the providers and the relationship.
Room to grow
Built multi-tenant from the start, so adding a city, a category or a second brand is configuration rather than a rewrite.
We run it afterwards
Hosting, backups, monitoring, security patching and ongoing development, from the people who wrote it. See hosting and support.
We say no
If a marketplace is the wrong answer for your business, or the numbers will not work, we will tell you that instead of quoting.
Straight answers
What people ask before they start
Does Ascendryx operate the marketplace?
No. Ascendryx builds and maintains the technology. You own the brand, set the rules, hold the customer and provider relationships, and take the revenue. We are the software partner behind your marketplace, not a competitor inside it.
What is included, and what gets built for us?
The platform ships with the marketplace mechanics already in place: open task posting, provider applications and verification, dispatch, bookings, payments, commission, payouts, disputes, ratings, messaging and the admin console. What gets built for you is the part that makes it yours, which is your branding, your categories and services, your pricing and commission, your coverage areas, your rules and any integration specific to how you operate.
Can we use our own branding and domain?
Yes. Each marketplace runs as its own tenant with its own logo, colours, typeface, app name, sending email address, currency, locale, time zone and custom domain. The branding layer is part of the platform rather than a cosmetic skin applied afterwards.
What kinds of marketplaces can this run?
Errands, delivery and pickup, personal assistance, home services, companion services, pet services and community services. Categories and service types are configured per marketplace, and customers can also post a custom task when no predefined service fits.
How do we make money from it?
You choose. Commission on each completed transaction, a platform or booking fee charged to customers, subscription plans for providers or businesses, or a combination. Commission rates and fee rules are configurable per marketplace.
How long does it take and what does it cost?
A scoped range is given in writing after we understand your model, then a fixed quote before development starts. There is no published price, because what you need configured differs from what the next client needs. Work is billed in Philippine pesos.
