The same foundations sit under all of these, and under anything custom we build for you.
Your own tenant
Your data is separated from every other client at the database level. Users, branches and settings are yours alone, and access is scoped by role.
Works on a phone
Every screen is built for small screens first, because most of the people using these systems are on a handset rather than a desktop.
Audit trail
Who changed what, and when. Money movements, approvals and administrative edits are recorded rather than silently overwritten.
Backups and monitoring
A replicating second server, backups twice a day copied onto it, and a five-minute health check that restarts what has stopped and texts a person.
